Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of G&G Gofer Special Services, Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide courier and delivery services including but not limited to:

• Medical specimen and pharmaceutical delivery
• STAT delivery services
• Legal document delivery
• Scheduled route services
• Parts and equipment delivery

Services

Our services are subject to the following:

• We serve Georgia, Alabama, Florida and beyond
• Certain items may require special handling or certification
• Weather, traffic, and other factors may affect delivery schedules

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and delivery information
• Ensure packages are properly prepared and labeled
• Declare any hazardous or special handling materials
• Pay all fees in accordance with our pricing terms
• Be available for pickup and delivery as scheduled

Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Hazardous materials without proper certification
• Perishable items without proper arrangements

Pricing and Payment

Payment terms:

• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations
• We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who violate these terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
